Mr. Leon Pessach establishes a small and sweaty workshop that mainly produces trapeze timing belts. Leon Pessach studied mechanics in Belgrade, he immigrated to Israel with his family after the War of Independence and set his home in Natania in 1955. Since there was no money to buy a machine, Leon builds one out of scraps he finds in junkyards.

Mr. Leon Pessach writes a patent over his Rotocure machine.

1967

One of the main reasons that contributed the little workshop development, with the break out of the Six day war, was when Leon gets a request to make shock absorber for snipe rifle handles.

1974

Alex Pessach, Leon’s son, joins the company after graduating his engineering studies in London.

1984

The company’s first catalog was published.

1987

1987

The company attends Technology Exhibition for the first time.

1994

The owners decides to move to a larger office space.  In addition, 2 storehouses are bought in Natania’s industrial zone.

1995

Moreno Pessach, Leon’s son, retires from the army as a colonel and joins the company. Moreno establishes a subsidiary company – Pessach Management & Trade.

1996

Leon Pessach & Sons companies get their ISO qualification, later to become ISO 9001:2000.

2008

Raz Pessach, 3rd generation to the Pessach family joins the company after graduating his mechanical engineering diploma.

2009

Raz Pessach has started developing the knives and blades field which stands on 35% of the company’s incomings.

2010

The company’s staff expends with another sales person, a purchasing coordinator, marketing manager, accountant and another secretary.

Leon Pessach, the company’s founder and manager passes away at the age of 96.
